PCB is an interactive printed circuit board made of fiberglass with electrical traces. The surface and sub-layers of these PCBs use copper trace to provide electrical connection for chips and other components. They have wide applications in electronics equipment like in mother- board, SIMMs, credit card memory etc. They are available in custom configurations requiring diverse applications. PCB assembly comprise of wide range products like high-temperature mask tapes, labels, vapor phase soldering fluids, heat sink attachment thermal interface materials, anti-migration coating, component attach tapes, adhesives for ridgidzing and wire tacking, tapes for EMI/RFI shielding etc. High temperature tapes protect gold plated fingers and LGA pads during soldering. Surface-mount PCB assemblies are ideal for mid to high volume fine pitch applications including ball grid arrays. The hole-type printed circuit board assemblies are ideal for Laser Lite assembly stations.
